Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Pelops AI AB (org. nr 559579-1574), Söralidsvägen 32, 184 60 Åkersberga, Sweden (“we”, “us”). The product is offered under the brand name Olympus. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Payment terms.

1. The Service

Olympus is an AI-assisted travel planning and booking platform. We generate trip suggestions using large language models and help you book flights, hotels, and related travel services through third-party suppliers (including via partners such as Duffel). For packages (for example flight and hotel sold together as one trip) that we arrange and sell, Pelops AI AB is the package organiser under applicable package travel rules. We do not operate aircraft and are not a carrier. Soft-live access may be invite-only or otherwise limited.

2. Your contract for flights

When your booking includes flights, each flight is provided by the operating airline (and, where relevant, codeshare or marketing carriers named in the offer). The contract for air carriage is between you (and each passenger) and the airline, under that airline's Conditions of Carriage and the fare rules for the ticket. We arrange the booking through our systems and partners (including Duffel). Duffel is not the airline and is not a party to your contract of carriage.

Before you pay, you must review and accept the airline Conditions of Carriage and fare rules made available at checkout or linked for each flight. Those rules govern changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, no-shows, schedule changes, and related matters. If they conflict with marketing text on our site, the airline's Conditions of Carriage and fare rules control for the flight.

Your flight booking will be bound by the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the airline(s). The information you provide will be sent to the airline so they can process your booking.

3. Passenger documents and responsibilities

  • Provide accurate traveller details (names as they appear on passports or other required ID).
  • Ensure each passenger holds valid travel documents, visas, and entry or transit permissions for the itinerary.
  • Arrive in time for check-in and security. Failure to hold valid documents or to check in on time may result in denied boarding or entry with limited or no refund under airline and authority rules.

4. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of sanctions regulations.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or circumvent the security of the Service.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute Olympus outputs at scale.
  • Submit prompts designed to generate abusive, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.
  • Use automated systems to submit bookings without written permission.

6. AI-generated content

Olympus uses large language models to generate trip suggestions and summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify critical details such as price, availability, baggage rules, visa requirements, and cancellation policies on the supplier confirmation and booking summary before you travel. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content alone.

7. Pricing, payment, and refunds

  • Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout (for example SEK or EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • For Soft-live packages, full payment is taken by Stripe when you confirm a booking. There is no deposit-only default unless an offer says otherwise before you pay.
  • Payment is taken at checkout confirmation, always before departure.
  • Offers can change or expire before a ticket is issued. If the price or availability changes before ticketing, we will not complete the booking at the old price.
  • After ticketing, refunds and changes for flights follow airline fare rules. Hotel changes follow hotel and supplier rules. Full details: Payment terms.

8. Schedule changes and passenger rights

Airlines may change schedules, cancel flights, or rebook passengers under their Conditions of Carriage. Where Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 applies, you may have rights against the operating airline for delay, cancellation, or denied boarding. Claims under that regulation are directed to the airline. We will reasonably assist with booking references and supplier contact.

9. Cancellations and changes

Requests to change or cancel a booking must be submitted via your Olympus account or by emailing hello@pelops.ai. We will work with suppliers as needed; the outcome depends on fare and hotel rules and applicable law, including mandatory package travel rights where they apply.

10. Travel guarantee (resegaranti)

For package travel, Pelops AI AB arranges statutory travel guarantee (resegaranti) with Kammarkollegiet as required under Swedish law. See Package travel informationand Kammarkollegiet's public register of approved organisers.

11. Intellectual property

The Olympus name, logo, and codebase are the property of Pelops AI AB or its licensors. You retain ownership of the travel prompts and preferences you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, business opportunity, or data. We are not the air carrier and, except where mandatory package travel law requires otherwise, we are not liable for the airline's performance of carriage (including delay, cancellation, denied boarding, or baggage handling by the airline). Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the relevant booking(s) in that period or (b) one thousand Swedish kronor (SEK 1,000). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Mandatory rights under package travel and consumer law remain unaffected where they apply.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Termination does not affect bookings already confirmed.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here at least 14 days before they take effect where practicable. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms for new use of the Service.

15. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at hello@pelops.ai. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Swedish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live in the EU/EEA.
