Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 April 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Olympus Travel Ltd (in formation) (“Olympus”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice.

1. The Service

Olympus is an AI-assisted travel planning and booking platform. We generate trip suggestions using large language models and help you book flights, hotels, and activities through third-party travel suppliers. Olympus acts as an agent between you and those suppliers; the actual travel services are provided by the suppliers under their own terms.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate traveller details (names as they appear on passports, dates of birth where required). We are not liable for tickets issued against incorrect data you supplied.
  • Comply with supplier fare rules, visa, and entry requirements.
  • Pay all amounts due when bookings are confirmed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of sanctions regulations.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or circumvent the security of the Service.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute Olympus outputs at scale.
  • Submit prompts designed to generate abusive, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.
  • Use automated systems to submit bookings without written permission.

5. AI-generated content

Olympus uses large language models to generate trip suggestions and summaries. AI output can be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify critical details — such as price, availability, baggage rules, visa requirements, and cancellation policies — on the supplier's own confirmation page before you travel. Olympus is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content alone.

6. Pricing, payment, and refunds

  • Prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe at the moment you confirm a booking.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow the underlying supplier's fare rules. Where an Olympus service fee is charged, that fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • You retain all UK statutory consumer rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Cancellations and changes

Requests to change or cancel a booking must be submitted via your Olympus account or by emailing support@olympus.io. We will pass the request to the supplier, but the outcome depends on the fare rules of the ticket or reservation.

8. Intellectual property

The Olympus name, logo, and codebase are the property of Olympus. You retain ownership of the travel prompts and preferences you submit. You grant Olympus a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use that content solely to operate, improve, and secure the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olympus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, business opportunity, or data. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Olympus in service fees in that period or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Termination does not affect bookings already confirmed.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and posted here at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
