This page gives standard information about package travel offered through Olympus, operated by Pelops AI AB.

Olympus is the product brand and booking interface. For packages we arrange and sell, Pelops AI AB is the package organiser under applicable package travel rules.

2. Soft-live

Access may be invite-limited. Features and available inventory may change. A booking is only created when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation.

3. What you are buying

A package combines at least two different types of travel services for the same trip (for example flight and accommodation) as shown in your booking flow. Main features, total price, dates, and travellers are shown before you pay and again in your confirmation.

4. Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers provide the underlying services under their own rules (schedules, check-in, baggage, house rules). We do not operate aircraft. Supplier terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service.

5. Price and payment

The total price for the package is shown before you pay. Full payment is charged at booking confirmation via Stripe, as described in our Payment terms.

6. Changes, cancellation, and assistance

Rights to cancel or change, and any fees, depend on the package, timing, and supplier rules. Contact hello@pelops.ai. See also Terms and Payment terms, and the details in your booking confirmation.

7. Insolvency protection (resegaranti)

Swedish package travel rules require organisers to arrange insolvency protection (resegaranti) where the law applies. Pelops AI AB arranges resegaranti as required. Approved organisers are listed in Kammarkollegiet's public register at kammarkollegiet.se. Questions about a booking: hello@pelops.ai.

Contact us first at hello@pelops.ai. You may also have rights to use alternative dispute resolution or to contact the relevant consumer authority in your country of residence.
