This Cookie Policy explains how Pelops AI AB (org. nr 559579-1574), trading as Olympus, uses cookies and similar technologies on app.olympus-ai.tech and related services. It supplements our Privacy Notice.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as browser localStorage, serve a similar purpose and are covered by this policy.

2. What we use

Strictly necessary

These are required for the Service to function (for example sign-in, security, and completing a booking). Without them you may not be able to use Olympus. We use them to provide the service you request.

  • Authentication storage (for example olympus_token in localStorage): keeps you signed in between visits until you log out or the session expires.
  • Profile cache (for example olympus_user in localStorage): caches basic display fields such as name and email for the header.
  • OAuth / CSRF state: short-lived cookie or storage used during Google sign-in to prevent cross-site request forgery; removed when the handshake completes.

Functional

We may store preferences that improve your experience (for example language or UI settings). These are limited to operating the product.

Analytics and marketing

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we use limited product analytics or infrastructure metrics, we keep them focused on running and improving the Service. If we introduce non-essential tracking that requires consent under applicable law, we will update this page and request consent where required before setting those cookies.

3. Third parties

Some features load resources from third parties (for example Stripe Elements at checkout). Those providers may set their own cookies according to their policies. See our Privacy Notice for how we work with service providers.

4. Your choices

You can clear cookies and localStorage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent sign-in or booking. Help for common browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox.

We update this page when our use of cookies changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
